BANKU
FUFU foods
Cassava dough + maize dough. Mix them together and put it on fire.
Stir it till it becomes hard, add small water and cover it to boil for some 5 minutes. Keep stiring till the water is saturated.

Add a little water again, when the water is dried up, taste and see if the banku is ok for consumption.


AMPESE

Cassava or plantain is peeled and put on fire with water for some 15 minutes then the plantain or the cassava becomes soft for consumption.

APREPRENSA

Grilled gounded maize plus palmnut soup missied together.
Cook the palmnut soup when it is ok for consumption and the grounded maize powder stir it like the preparation of banku.


KENKEY

Grounded maize bioled like banku, preparation and after that it is placed in dried plantian leaves rapped very beautifully and they are put in a very big bowl for boiling.

YAM

row yam is peeled and boiled till it becomes softer for eating.

GARI
FUFU foods
Cassava is grinded to a wet position and they are placed in a suck and tightened it and it is placed under a drying machine to sift the water from it for 3 days. After the 3 days depending on its dryness they are placed in a frying bowl on a very hot fire and it is fried till it is completely out of water.
